Hi @goodbodyt ,
I would like to confirm your latop's product model .
Are you experiencing issues with very low volume when using external audio devices? Does the same issue occur when using the built-in speakers? Thank you.

Hello Anbby,
Its a ROG Ally and yes, only with external devices. Built n speakers are fine. I have also here BT headphones, they have problem when they are connected by BT, but when they are connected by cable there isnt problem.

Hi @goodbodyt ,
Have you updated your BIOS to the latest version 333? Please try reinstalling the MediaTek wireless network driver (V3.3.2.852), MediaTek Bluetooth driver (V1.1036.2.368), and Realtek audio device (V6.0.9506.1) to see if it improves the issue.
If the problem persists, could you provide the following information through private message? If your audio device has speakers, would you be able to record a video for us to further investigate the issue?
SN:
BIOS Version:
Windows Build Version: (Settings - System - About)
Audio device brand and model tested (please describe the connection method when the issue occurs):
Thank you very much for your cooperation.
