Unlinking Asus Account to ROG Ally

Hi Asus Team,

I purchased a used ROG Ally and I'm unable to proceed in registering in under my own MyAsus account as it's saying it's been registered.

Can you please help me transfer the registration to my own account? I do have the copy of the original purchase receipt with me.
