Hello,
I just received my Ally today and immediately installed a 2TB SSD, but it isn't showing up in the BIOS. I also tried putting the original SSD back in, but the BIOS still shows "No storage device found."
I've submitted a support ticket and updated my BIOS to version 336, but I'm still stuck. Is there anyone who can assist me? I'm not sure what to do next.
Could it be a defective SSD reader or something wrong with the SSDs themselves?

I would like to confirm if the device could boot into the system before replacing the 2TB SSD. If the device functioned normally with the original SSD, this suggests that the original SSD reader and SSD were not faulty.
