Triggers Stuck at 100%

I purchased an Ally X today and when setting up in the configurator I noticed that both triggers were stuck at 100% actuation when they weren’t being pressed at all. After many restarts and a factory reset I managed to get the left trigger to function but not the right. This seems to be software related as once I reset the working left trigger to system defaults again it went back to 100% actuation and I was not able to get it recalibrated as before. Is there an update or fix I am missing?

UPDATE: Woke up this morning after a full shutdown and deleting all calibration settings and both triggers register okay until I calibrate one of them. This is 100% a software issue it seems

Thank you for the update. Please continue to monitor the usage. If the issue persists, please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.39 and Armoury Crate SE to see if there is any improvement. Thank you!
