Transfer of warranty registration

Hi there, I bought a second hand Rog ally z1 extreme and I would like to transfer the warranty registration. I logged out from the old asus account of the previous owner and registered with a new one but I can’t add the product as it’s already registered with the old account. I noticed after buying the console that one fan is not working hence why I am trying to do this so I can get the support I need. Thank you very much in advance

If you are able to contact the original registrant, they can deregister the device via the product registration page, allowing you to re-register it under your account.
