i'm having an issue where my touch screen keyboard shows up find, and seems to registre my input, it does not type anything. it works when i log in and when i type in the wifi password.

i think its a software issue i just dont know what it is.

i've reinstalled windows from asus cloud in bios 2 times - but the issue is still there.

this problem showed up after installed a new 1 TB ssd

it worked fine on the old SSD 

Please help me. i'm going insane!

Have you updated your BIOS to the latest version 336 and completed all Windows updates? 

Is this issue occurring with a specific software? If possible, please try recording a video of the issue, as it will help us further investigate your problem. Thank you
