I have been through 5+ repair services and each time I get a worse product...
I have had 3 mother board replacement and each time its broken.
while replacing the motherboard the serice centre doesnt even check if it works or the other problems while fixing as i got twice button sticky issue.
I have asked the call centre to escalate the issue but each time the service engineers have ignored my problem and I keep getting call from the service centre.
Now my handheld has no limits and this was supposedly done with asus senior engineer consulting the repair..I get 95+ degree celcius temp in 15 W mode and in 30W in higher end mode it crosses 100 and crashes..
Even then the asus service engineers still ignore my complaints and keep ignoring my problens and am still getting service centre call..
I just want a good replacement product or refund now..
This might be the worse service in India by any company.
