Switching off randomly

Hi All

First time post so sorry if I have broken any rules. I did do a quick search to see if anyone has had this problem.

My Ally randomly freezes with no controls working then just turns off. No warning on the screen or anything. I then can turn it back on until it turns off again. I sent it back under warranty but it has come back with exact same fault post repair. I am really frustrated. It's been away 2 weeks and I fear I am about to be told to send it back again. 

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
