Sudden Loud + Weird noise coming from ROG Ally

I was playing wuthering waves tonight and out of nowhere this sound was coming out of my Rog ally. I don't know why because I haven't done anything different than I have the last 8+ months. It goes away if I don't do anything or turn the device off but once I run a game or any application it will randomly start again but still randomly goes away again. thats is the sound of dirt or dead bearings on the fans.

Could also be the vibration motors you can test by turning vibration down.
