Sound issue with the Bluetooth headphones and Asus Rog Ally X (connected but no sound)

Hi community!

Got my Asus ROG Ally X  2 weeks ago (yes, it's a pretty nice thing), but still can't enjoy it for 100%. There's no sound from the wireless Bluetooth headphones (tried 3 different pairs) connected to my Asus ROG Ally X.
They have been successfully connected and added to the device, but there is no sound at all. That said, the sound from the dynamics or the wired headphones is fine.
Installed all the drivers, updates and all that stuff. No result, no sound. Still couldn't find a solution.

Any working suggestions? Would much appreciate!

May I ask if other Bluetooth devices (such as controllers, keyboards, or mice) are functioning properly?

Please refer to the instructions in this link to try uninstalling the Bluetooth driver, and then download and install the latest driver from the ASUS support website to see if the issue improves. Thank you!

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

sound device selected?

bottom right,

click on the speaker,

right of the volume bar,

press select a sound output "if you hover over the button it will show a tag"

click it and choose a device

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I tried it previously but... still nothing 😞

So, I reinstalled all the Bluetooth drivers one more time following the link, and wow, it works now!!! One of the reinstalled drivers has solved the problem! Probably previously I missed that driver to get reinstalled.

Thanks for your assistance!
