Sd card slot rog ally not working

Hello my sd card slot has stopped working in my rog ally z1 extreme it doesn’t display mine at all I took it to cex game shop and they tested some of theirs one came up in my pc but just was frozen so couldn’t do anything with it it really sucks because 512gb on the device isn’t enough and having to use a port with sd card in isn’t ideal
