SD Card / Reader finally fried !!!!!

I thought I was a lucky one with my SD card working.  I was recently playing some emulators on the SD card and out of no where the card does not work any more.  It will not work on any device and I can not even format the card.  Whatever was on the sd card, I can not even delete it out.  My SD card and reader is officially dead.  Has anyone received an RMA on their SD card reader yet ?  

The crazy thing is i probably put in about 2 or 3 hours total playing time using the SD card reader.  I barley even used it the whole time I owned the ROG Ally.  I mainly play steam games from the SSD. 

I have an updated SSD 1TB and the clear backplate from JSAUX.

Are you asking me to take it to a random service center or you guys have official service centers ?  Also, we all know there is issues with the SD card reader since launch, so wouldn't I just RMA the product back to Asus ?

Asus still has no definitive answer about the SD card issues. Why Asus! Don’t you love your customers?! I want to buy one but literally everyone that bought it, is complaining. Meanwhile Asus is already talking about the next version (Asus Rog ally 2). How can you release a new version while neglecting so many customers..
