Hello my friends,
I bought a rog ally x on 4th of August and recently its does not charge during playing. When I conect it to the charger I get a logo from armory crate "functioning with bathery". I have to use the full batery to load it again.
Its not regarding temperatures it seems its working on 70-76ºC somethimes 80ºC
What should I do? I have the settings on turbo mode

1) Check the charging cable: Make sure that the charging cable is securely plugged into both the ROG Ally X and the power adapter. Try using a different cable if you have one.
2) Check the power adapter: Make sure that the power adapter is working properly. You can try plugging it into another device to see if it works.
3) Check the charging port: Make sure that the charging port on the ROG Ally X is clean and free of any debris. You can try using a cotton swab to clean it out.
4) Try a different outlet: Plug the power adapter into a different outlet to see if that makes a difference.
5) Update the firmware: Make sure that you have the latest firmware for your ROG Ally X. You can check for updates in the Settings app.
6) Contact ASUS support: If none of these things work, you may need to contact ASUS support for further assistance.

Since I wrote this post, things went back to normality ok. But last night I was playing and since I opened the system and played 5 minuts the ****** problem returned, the anoying display from armory crate stating PD/ Functioning with Batery / turbo mode and with the vibration alert each 6 seconds

I would like to confirm if you are using the original power adapter. Have you connected any hubs or docks?
Please record a video of the issue and share it with us, along with the current BIOS version and display driver version for further confirmation. Thank you.

Good morning.
I'm using the original power adapter, no hubs or docks conected. I will record a video explaining the situation.
To put you in context. Problem started wednesday night, I let the device from wednesday night until yesterday 20H at charging and did not charged, when I arrived home the device was with the orange light still winking. I played the 70% of the remaining battery until the device remained without power to stay opened. I put it to charge and at the begining it was not charging, orange light winking. This morning I woke up and device its fully charge white light fix.

Thank you for your reply. I would like to confirm if the charging situation has been normal in the past few days. If the issue persists, we recommend sending both the device and the charger to the local service center for further hardware inspection to identify the problem. Thank you.

at this very moment is working. Last night I was playing during 3 hours on turbo mode, battery 100% loaded and connected to power and no Issue.
