I'm having trouble connecting my ROG XBOX Ally X to the 6 GHz band of my Asus GT-AXE11000 router. PSC (Preferred Scanning Channel) is already enabled, but the device still doesn't detect the Wi-Fi 6E network. The 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands work fine, so the issue seems specific to 6 GHz. I’ve tried updating drivers and firmware, but the Ally X still won’t see the network.

@KaNeMore
Could you please provide your Ally’s BIOS version, system version, OS build, and the Wi‑Fi card driver version?
Thank you.

@KaNeMore
Regarding the ALLY’s built-in wireless network card, please help confirm the installed driver version (the version number, not the chipset name). Also, please help confirm the firmware version currently installed on the GT-AXE11000. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

@KaNeMore
Since the issue you reported may be related to whether the 6 GHz band is enabled for your region’s country code, I’ve sent you a message. Please provide the serial number of your GT-AXE11000 via that message so I can verify it.
Thank you.
