ROG Gaming Charger Dock Warranty Issue

I purchased the ASUS ROG Gaming Charger dock for my ROG Ally at Best Buy on 5/28/23. The dock began intermittently charging then completely stopped charging so I arranged an RMA with ASUS. I noticed on my account the warranty ended on 8/12/23 so I requested ASUS correct the date. They entered 8/27/23. Per Best Buy's website and ASUS' website the warranty is 12 months. I have spoken to multiple reps at ASUS by phone and by email and they insist the DOCK is 90 days if purchased at Best Buy. Best Buy confirmed the warranty is 12 months. I have escalated the issue with ASUS but nothing is being done. They've also had my dock since 8/08/23 and I've had no updates. Any suggestions on steps I can take? I'm grateful this is just a dock and not something more expensive, but I still feel like I should push this issue.
