ROG Ally Z1 Extreme bumpers issues

i bought mine in december 2024 and it worked fine for a few days. then suddenly my RB button started acting weird. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, in games and in armoury crate. i've updated everything, but it still didn't solve the problem. then strangely the problem went away on its own. until yesterday, the problem came back, but this time it was the LB button. unlike the RB button, the LB button is not detected at all. i've done all the updates in armoury crate, windows, and My Asus. i've even tried to reinstall armoury crate, but it didn't work. is there anything else i can do?

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.43 and Armoury Crate SE

Additionally, please shut down the device, disconnect all external devices and power sources, then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. After that, reconnect the power and turn the device back on to check if the issue improves.

If the problem persists, we recommend sending the ROG Ally to a local service center for further inspection and troubleshooting. Thank you!

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

update! my LB button seems to be working, at least temporarily. i was trying to hibernate my ally while searching the internet for a solution. about 20 to 30 minutes later, i tried to turn my ally back on. once it was back on, my LB button was working flawlessly. the hibernation seems to be doing something, but i don't really understand what. i'll keep testing for now.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the method you provided only helped a little. Previously, my LB button was not detected at all. Now, whenever I long press the button, it is detected for a moment and then disappears. I tested it with the help of hardwaretester.com. I will continue to test it and will let you know if there is any change.
