Rog Ally X Vibration Stays On

My Ally X keeps getting the vibration stuck on in games.  Help!

Please try updating to the new MCU firmware and test if the problem improves. If the issue persists, please send the device to the local service center and provide us with the RMA number via private message. We will assist with further tracking. Thank you.

I have done the updates and the problem still persists.  I believe this is a software issue.
