So, recently acquired an Ally X. Tested COD on game pass so I know the triggers were fine yesterday. Been fiddling to get Minecraft Java to work. Had performed an update using the Amory SE thingy. Had moderate success, think I might have figured out "Control Modes" with the device, but then I determined neither of triggers were functioning.
Certain the functionality was lost after the update. I've tried several of the "adjust the sensitivity" tricks, but when I go to adjust either trigger via the SE, it reads as fully pressed and I can't do anything about it.
Even the controller hardware tester shows both triggers at 1.0.
Don't see convenient way to roll back. System restore even failed. Attempting a Reset right now.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Can I reset the sensors in the BIOS or something?

Update:
Uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Reinstalling Windows didn't correct problem either.
Notice another issue that I think is an outcome of the problem. When in the Armory SE, all the menus wig out, like constantly being pulled to middle of a page. Think its a result of receiving both trigger inputs simultaneously. If disable the embedded controller, I can navigate by touch. Still can't calibrate.
I've tried entering the calibration screen and disabling and reenable the controller. Sometimes it allows me to advance to "press the trigger for 1 second", but when I do it registers nothing. If I exit calibration, back to 100.
Probably calling Customer Service in the morning...

Thank you for your update. Based on your description and the tests you've performed, we recommend sending your Ally X to a local service center for further hardware diagnostics to identify the issue. Thank you.

I am having the same issue after an update from armoury crate, both the left and right triggers register as being fully depressed when they’re not. I can’t recalibrate because of this either. Both triggers were working fine before the update. I don’t believe this is a hardware issue seeing as they were fine before.

I was able to get my triggers working again by resetting the joystick calibration to default for both sticks. You guys really need to fix amoury crate calibration as it is very unreliable.
