Hello everybody,
I've bought the ROG Ally X on the presales and just got deceived when just after delivery and installation, the device stop turning on and it's now completely useless. I've contact support and followed the instructions to disconnect battery and etc without success. Since I'm in Malta and there is no support services here, I've contact by email the seller (ASUS Accessories) and the support service (EMEA). Both told me that the unit should go to maintenance but each of them send the problem to the other without a solution for me.
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'm not sure if you've tried this, but please try removing all external devices and power sources while the device is powered off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power source and see if it charges normally. If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your product serial number so we can conduct further investigation. Thank you.
