Rog ally X not connecting to TV

Recently purchased a Rog Ally X and have been loving it. However, I’m having problems getting it to display on my TV. I originally purchased the Insignia Dock from Bestbuy as it had a ton of reviews and seemed perfect. All connected up and it wasn’t appearing on my TV.. Decided to purchase a better quality HDMI incase that was the problem but it didn’t help. Maybe a faulty unit? So, I got in Amazon and ordered the Ivanky dock but I’m having the same problem. The screen does not go black and is not registering another display. If I plug my MacBook into the TV with HDMI it will Mirror.

All up to date software installed. Any suggestions?!

Could you please share the brand and model of the monitor you are using, as well as the exact model of the Ivanky Dock? Additionally, let us know how the connection is set up between the Ally X - Dock - Monitor. If possible, please record a video so we can further analyze the issue. Thank you!
