Hello,
I just purchased a rog ally x with an Ivanky 8-in-1 dock.
I use the original 65w charger on the dock. (not on powerstrip)
Currently on the dock, I plug in a dongle for my controller (flygidi apex 4) and a dongle for my wireless mouse(g502 x plus lightspeed wireless mouse). (no problem before a distance of 3 meters on my personnal compunter)
When I connect my g502 x plus lightspeed wireless mouse, I have a maximum range of 40cm before having random disconnections. (This problem does not occur on my personal computer)
Later, I would like to connect a USB hub to connect 4 controllers + keyboard and mouse dongle.
Is it a dock power problem?
I don't know how to achieve what I want.
How to avoid random disconnections of my devices at a distance of 3 meters (TV to sofa)
Thank you for your answers.
(sorry for my english, i use gtrad)

Based on your description, using a 65W charger with the dock may result in insufficient power distribution, which can affect the stability and performance of your devices. To ensure that all devices operate smoothly, we recommend using a charger with 100W or more to provide adequate power support. This information is provided for your reference. Thank you!
