ROG Ally X bypass charging not working correctly

Galliard
Level 7

Hi,

I noticed that my battery is still draining when it's supposed to bypass charge. Battery care mode is turned on. Issue occurred on both original supplied charger and 3rd party 140w charger with 240w cable. The 3rd party charger has a screen to monitor wattage drawn and the power draw is 0w while on bypass charging. The only way for bypass charging to work correctly is to have it plugged in then turned on or restart while plugged in. If I turn odd my charger and I turn it on then it'll stop working again and I'll have to restart the device. Any idea on what might be the problem?
