Rog Ally X - buttons not working in some games

Hello to all,

i have issue on my Ally X.

If i want to play some games ...i start it from Armory Crate game start and all working fine ...all buttons work i can play ...

BUT

Some games (for now for me it is Sea of Thieves) game start normally but buttons not working ...if i try to start another game like Fortnite,GTA,etc ...all work fine for me.....but this game SOT not respond if i switch to Desktop Mode i can use only left And right stick....but others buttons do nothing ...if i switch back to Gamepad Mode all buttons witch analog stick are dead ...

Any help please ? I have issue with more games for me it is 50/50 half games work fine and second half work like i describe (buttons not working)

Have you tried reconfiguring the button settings through the Control Mode - Configuration in Armoury Crate SE to test if it resolves the issue?
Additionally, please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.41 and Armoury Crate SE to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!
