ROG Ally X: Armoury Crate not response to built-in controller after done playing game.

Just bough Ally  X yesterday and it's my first PC handheld. After initial setup, Update, Game platform installation etc. I've managed to install Assassin's Creed Odyssey on Steam and play it for some session. I notice that almost every time I done game session and go back to Armoury Crate, it not response to the controller. Bring up the Command menu, it still accept button input. 

I've tried disable/enable controller, switch controller mode, turn off Steam big picture mode and exit Steam completely no luck. Close Armoury Crate and reopen help nothing. Only reboot Ally X works. And after I've done playing game it not response again.

I don't think it's hardware issue so hope someone was experienced this issue and may have solution. Thanks.

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.37 and Armoury Crate SE to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!

I've reset factory default to change my windows login account. After finished somehow this problem never occur again.
