My rog ally wont turn on and plugged to the power adapter and still no orange light

Please try removing all external devices and the power supply while the device is powered off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. Afterward, reconnect the power supply to see if it charges properly. I also face the same issue. I played D4 until the battery fall under 10%. Then i pluged in but no sign of charge, battery light still ticking orange. I tried reset EC, nothing happen. Also try to update bios to 304, but unable due to not plug in AC. Are there any other option? Keep charge in for few hours now but nothing happen.
