Hi. For a few months i have a problem that the only way to turn off my device is to hold down the power button. I don't consider this to be a normal behaviour. whenever i press turn off or hibernate in windows start menu the display turn off but the device is still running (led is on, fan is spinning, battery is draining) and when i press something the device show a lockscreen even when i pressed turn off. I can't solve this issue and i don't know anymore what to do. My windows, armory crate drivers and my asus app drivers everything is updated to the latest version.
