HI all, hoping to get an answer for my ROG ally.
After windows put my unit to sleep, I cannot get it to wake up/boot into windows without having to power off the device completely. The controls, triggers/bumpers and ABXY buttons don't wake it up. The white light indicating that the unit is powered on is present.
BIOS: 3.22, factory standard SSD.
Armoury Crate, MyAsus and Windows all up to date.
I have attempted 3 factory resets, and the issue remains.
A fellow ROG ALLY owner on a ROG enthusiast page on Facebook has also had the same issue, and uploaded a video. https://www.facebook.com/100000042474279/videos/254050777361480/
It is also the same issue as this on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/ROGAlly/comments/149pwws/ally_wont_wake_up/
Another subreddit thread has also documented the same issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/ROGAlly/comments/14aliq0/sleep_mode_issues/

Hi @HavocMarauder ,
Sorry for the late reply.
May I ask if you have tried restoring the BIOS settings and then, when Ally enters sleep mode, clicking the power button once to see if it can wake up the device?
If this issue continues to persist, we recommend sending your Ally to a local repair center for further testing. If you have any other concerns, please let me know at any time. Thank you.
