ROG Ally SD Card Reader Not In Devices

The SD Card Reader Hardware isn't even showing up in my devices list when trying to look into updating/reinstalling drivers.  I just bought a microsd card today to try and add storage for more games, and come to see that on my Ally it seems the hardware isn't even connected/showing up at all.  Help.

Yeah I'm never buying their products again. My friend was going to buy one for his wife but I convinced him not to.  I told him to look elsewhere.  

Never buy Asus. They want ME to pay for shipping when it's their fault our $700 computer doesn't work due to their design. The worst part is if you do send it. They won't fix it. Nobody has a fixed one. Most ppl just have to replace it. Get a lonovo everyone. Asus is dead.

Please check the email again, it states clearly that we will cover the cost of the shipping label, but you need to pack and take care of the materials used.

Hello I'm on my second unit and after a month of going smooth the SD reader has also gone out on this one. How do I best go about contacting asus for a repair/ or refund? Not having much luck online.

Just had my second ally back after 2 devices and 2 fried SD card. MB was replaced. Guess what, 4 weeks later, an other fried SD card and a broken reader. Asus should be accountable for this, who the heck is paying my SD cards. I really hope this time that I can get rid of this device, the fault is so obviously in the placement and they can't fix it by replacing anything
