I bought an Rog Ally (Open Box) from Best Buy and it is registered to another account.  Can someone help me get it registered to my account please?

you have to contact the online support from asus.  That is what I did. There is online chat for North America.  I have same issue.  I sent by email my receipt and picture of the serial on the device.  I am waiting to see if they get back to me.  I did it on 1st Dec.
