Hello, I have bought a second hand Rog Ally device and i am unable to register it with my account due to it’s already registered to previous user account. I have an invoice if needed. Please help asap. Thnaks in advance

Already resolved. I have contacted the previous owner and he reached out to asus support for unregistration. Thank You for your response and effort to resolve this.
