ROG Ally Registered. Bought Second Hand

I bought a second hand ROG Ally and when I tried to register the product it says it is already registrered. I tried contacting the seller but it seems he's a reseller and does not have the contact (or don't know who) the original owner was. What can I do? Can you guys somehow contact the owner using my serial number?
