Rog ally RB and M1 M2 not working nor detected

I had the handheld delivered to me yesterday, today I unboxed it and started configuring it when I notice the RB is not working, I Google solutions, none work. I go to windows devices to see in the controller's properties if the buttons actually work. Every button works except for RB, M1 and M2. I've tried switching the controller modes, switching off the integrated mode,  uninstalling armour crate. Nothing works and it's a bit outrageous that a corporation with such prestige makes such a bad product, so faulty it doesn't even work properly the same day it gets unboxed

i have found some sort of solution, by updating the firmware in armoury crate i was able to make the RB button work, altho i have hold the button in order to be detected, also it blinks, as if i was pushing it many times.
m1 and m2 still not working, but now im pretty sure its just firmware issues.
