ROG Ally Official Dock | Won't Charge ROG Ally, Does charge my phone etc.

I have an ROG Ally (Launch Extreme) and I bought the Official Dock and it worked great for a long time. I haven't used it docked for quite awhile but decided to the other day.

My issue is, it won't charge my ROG Ally. I get no indication that it's charging (bolt on battery icon). When I plug in the USB-C it makes a Windows sound like "USB / Hardware detected". It's like it's detecting the Charger as a piece of hardware and not supplying power.

Again, if I use the same dock power adapter w/ the same USB C cord on my other USB-C devices it will charge them just fine.

What's going on? Is Windows 11 not detecting this thing properly?
The fact it charges other stuff makes me believe it's not a hardware issue.. so whats up?

Thanks,

Please confirm that the BIOS and system of your ROG Ally are both updated to the latest version.
Check whether it can charge normally by connecting the adapter directly to the Ally’s USB-C port to rule out any issues with the Ally’s USB-C controller.
If direct charging works but charging through the Dock does not, we recommend sending both the Dock and Ally for inspection to determine whether there is an issue with the Dock’s power distribution module.
