Rog Ally not recognising charging

Today my Rog ally will not charge.

I am using the mains charger provided which does charge other devices fine.

I have tried the hold - button and power button but this hasn’t helped. 

I have switched off the unit to save battery to hope for a fix if anyone has managed to solve this without sending back.

Rig ally only 3 months old.

Hi @Keysorsoze ,

Please try removing all external devices and power sources while the device is powered off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power source and boot up the device to see if the issue has improved.
If charging still doesn't work, we recommend taking ALLY to your local authorized service center for further diagnostics. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
