I would like to confirm if there is any change in the power indicator when the power cable is connected. Additionally, do you have any docks or other external devices connected?
Please try removing all external devices and the power cable while the device is turned off. Then, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power and test to see if there is any improvement. Thank you.
