ROG Ally no longer powers on

I had my Ally Z1 hooked up to a Anker dock that is supposed to be made for handheld gaming systems connecting to my TV. I started installing Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and the next time I went to check on the install both the TV and the Ally screen where black. If there is any troubleshooting anyone can think of I am all ears. 

Troubleshooting already tried

-Hooked to the OG charger and held the power button for 30 seconds                                                                       -Took off back plate unplugged the battery held the power button for 30 seconds > Hooked device up to the OG charger > No lights are coming on to indicate charging or when the power button is pressed                                     -Reseated both ends of the battery cable > Hooked device back up to the OG charger held power button for 30 > Also no charger light or powering on light

Please try shutting down the device, removing all external devices and the power source, then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. After that, reconnect the power and turn it on to see if the issue improves. If the problem persists, we recommend bringing your ALLY to a local service center for further inspection and clarification. Thank you.
