Hello, I would ask for experience of ROG Ally users, tech stuff and maybe a little help. I am proud owner of Ally, best handheld device on the market. Unfortunately I have lot of problems with it, first was issue with charging (looks like problem with motherboard) and my second issue is again mechanical damage of motherboard, part of it under right trigger was broken and separated. It all happened during first 6 months after purchage. Do anyone have similiar problem? Is it possible that some Ally handhelds may have damaged motherboard from the factory or motherboard with bad quality/bad materials? My repair was denied because of mechanical failure, which cannot be repaired due to Asus warranty policy. If you are/were in similiar situation, what did you do? It is possible that repair center may find true reason of damage on motherboard and what caused it? I love my Ally, but this situation is making me sad and angry.
