ROG Ally Hotkeys and RGB not working.

Hi everyone,

 

Today i recieved my ROG ally Z1 extreme and upon setting it up and trying to play something. I noticed that my hotkeys for command center etc. Don't work. I've already tried cloud recovery and it doesn't solve the issue. In ASUS armory it keeps failing to install a firmware update called RCL71. What can i do to fix this, everything is working except the RGB and Hotkeys.

Hi @BaskaBiceps ,

Please try removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 V3.1.24.0 and Armoury Crate SE. Also, adjust RGB effects in Armoury Crate SE [Lighting]-[Settings] to see if there is any improvement.

If the issue persists, as you have already reset the system, we recommend taking your device to a local service center for further diagnosis. Since you mentioned that you have just received the product ,if it is still within the return period, to ensure your rights, we suggest contacting the retailer for further assistance. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
