ROG Ally going black then showing down after doing anything in window

recent bought a unit off of ebay, unboxed it and set everything up, i noticed it would go black and then shutdown while doing any task, is anyone else experiencing this, everything is up to date in crate

Hi @DuKnDonut ,

I would like to confirm with you whether you have updated the BIOS to the latest version 330. Have you replaced the SSD or used an SD card? Please try using the original SSD and remove the external SD card to test if the issue still persists.
Additionally, have you tried cloud restoration testing? If you have any other concerns, please feel free to let us know. Thank you!

Bios is 323, cannot update it without the system freezing then going to the black screen, yesterday it worked fine without crashing, i woke up today and it started again, ssd has not been replaced, and SD reader has not been used
