My ROG Ally since buying it a few days ago does not function properly. Anytime I do anything other then play a game it just goes unresponsive then shuts off. It can be idle or applying an update then randomly will completely go black and shut off. The only time I don't run into issues is when I'm playing a game. But if I use any other applications like Microsoft edge, discord, word. I can guarantee it'll freeze and shut off in a matter of minutes. I've updated everything I could from Windows, Armory Crate, and MyAsus. Currently running BIOS 323. I've even reset everything uses the Asus Cloud Recovery but still no luck. Any other tips on how to get this in a working state? Would really love to use my device but I fear I'll just have to return it and wait out the bugs.

I would like to confirm with you whether you have activated the "Real-Time Monitor" in the In Command Center to check if the CPU was overloaded before the automatic shutdown occurred.
