ROG ALLY FREEZING AND SHUTTING OFF

I've had the ROG ALLY Z1 Extreme since April of this year, and I have been having no problems until last month. Randomly my device stopped working and every time I would turn it on it would freeze and start overheating, and the screen would be almost impossible to touch cuz of the heat. I bought this device from bestbuy but I am a student abroad in Egypt, so I sent the device into Ensure Services, which is a partner of ASUS in Africa. After waiting in anticipation of it being fixed, I waited for a full week. When I got it back, I got it in worse condition, they said they fixed the problem but did nothing and came to a conclusion which I already knew (the right joystick has stick drift). I opened up the backplate and did some tweaking and updated the drivers and it was fixed. Used it for a full week and now today randomly after I was able to play for hours it suddenly turned off, didn't think much of it but then it kept happening and happening, so I thought it was the battery so I opened the backplate and replugged in the battery hoping to fix it, it did nothing. Now all it does is freeze and restart on its own over and over again without me typing in a single input. Made a very big mistake spending 700 dollars buying this crappy machine
