ROG Ally Docked input lag and audio drop out

I am trying to use my ROG Ally Z1E as a docked computer on my tv and I have run into 2 issues and am totally stuck on how to move forward. On my Jsaux dock the audio drops out for about 2 seconds ever 2-3 minutes and its extremely frustrating. I went online and saw a lot of people say its a dock issue so I have tried using 2 other docks that I owned/purchased today. The audio issue was resolved with these docks but I had serious input lag on these docks. My combo MnK and xbox controller had a .5 second delay for any movements made and the embedded controller was even worse with full 1 second delay. Any help fixing these issues?

Please ensure that the system version and BIOS version of your ALLY are both updated to the latest versions. Alternatively, you can try connecting the devices separately instead of using an "all-in-one dock":
1.USB-C to HDMI adapter → Connect directly to the TV (for video and audio)
2.Powered USB hub → Connect keyboard, mouse, and controller

You may also consider using the ROG Gaming Charger Dock.
