Rog Ally controller doesn't work for some time after booting

• As the title suggests , recently (it may have been due to an update) , my inbuilt controller doesn't work for about 5-10 minutes after I turn on my Rog Ally Z1E , even the buttons associated with armory crate don't work , only the power button works , yes the embedded controller is enabled , and after 10 minutes it starts working perfectly fine, always

Does anyone know what's going on?

To rule out the possibility of a system malfunction, we recommend backing up your data and restoring the system before checking again.

Is there truly no other solution? I've done this in the past with other problems and it never works ,don't you have a more specific solution, with any luck please?
