Rog ally command centre button not working nd embedded controller showing error

Hi, I have completely factory reset my rog ally but the command centre and the embedded controller is still not working. I have reinstalled armoury crates and updated everything. Current bios is 341 but in the updates there is an update for mcu firmware 319 and when I try to update. It fails everytime. I have tried to download the mcu fix from the website but same issue.

Is anyone from asus able to assist with this? Not sure whether the issue is due to mcu firmware not updating

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.40 and Armoury Crate SE to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!

I have tried all that including cloud recovery multiple times but it didn't help, I know it's most likely due to the mcu firmware not installing. Are you able to advise when the next firmware update is likely to come?

I’d like to confirm whether the Command Center button issue just started recently or has it always been present.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Shut down your device and remove all external peripherals and power sources.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset.
  3. Reconnect the power adapter and turn on the device to check if the Command Center button is functioning properly.

Additionally, regarding the MCU update issue, please enable the log recording function in Armoury Crate SE, attempt the update again, and then send us the log file via private message along with the following details for further analysis. Thank you.

  • BIOS Version:
  • Windows Build Version: (Settings → System → About)
  • Armoury Crate SE Version:
    (Go to Armoury Crate SE > Settings > General > About > Service Version > Check Button, then copy and send all content)

In Armory Crate SE, navigate to" Settings">"General" and check the "About" page. Click on "App Diagnostics tool" and select "Log Files" to bring up the Privacy Policy statement. Once the user agrees to the statement, Armory Crate will start collecting diagnostic logs. You can click on "Generate Log Data" to create an encrypted log file (ASUS log file).

Hi was you able to solve this issue I have the same issue with the embedded controller error also my Bluetooth don't work and usb ports works to charge but mouse n keyboard does not
