ROG Ally Cloud Recovery not supported

Hello. I am trying to factory reset my Ally using Asus Cloud recovery, but am met with "This Device is not supported please contact customer support". I have done a Windows 11 install from USB as a workaround, but would prefer to have the Asus install as I am having issues with the taskbar settings from the Microsoft version. How do I get Cloud Recovery to work?

Thank you for your time, but the new bios update has resolved the issue for me.
