Rog ally cloud recovery not support

Im_DoDo

I just upgraded my ally with a brand new 2TB ssd. And when I tried to get cloud recovery in the bios, it showed “This device does not support Cloud Recovery. If you need further assist, please contact customer service.”

I’ve tried many methods that I can search online, but it still doesn’t work.

It works fine when I put my original ssd back.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

I think it’s just a sever break down from ASUS and they’ve solved the problem already. I tried again today and it worked fine today.
