I just upgraded my ally with a brand new 1TB SSD. And when I tried to get cloud recovery in the bios, it showed “This device does not support Cloud Recovery. If you need further assist, please contact customer service.
Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

No solution yet as I searched from internet. I had updated the Bios to latest versions still having the same issue. I believe it’s ROG server problem. I’m trying to clone the old SSD to my new 1TB ssd today. If it works then I will not continue the cloud recovery

No solution yet, but there are 2 work around. 1. You can clone the old SSD to new SSD. 2. Bring it down to ASUS service Center to ask them reinstall windows for you.

Hi @Long4214072 @iSuKuMaR @Kuhrageous ,
Thank you for reporting this issue. Upon confirmation, this problem has been resolved. Please try the cloud recovery again to see if it operates normally. If the issue still persists, could you please send us a private message with the product serial number, BIOS version, and a screenshot of the error? We will assist you in further investigation. Thank you!

thanks for reply. I had clone the old SSD to the new 1TB SSD. After 1 hour hard work here, manage to Marge the 500GB free space to the C drive. all works good for me now, 966GB for C drive.
