My original charger for my Ally broke, So I bought the Official Charging Dock. It came in today, but it's still not charging. It charges my phone when plugged in, so I know its not something as simple as it being DOA. But when I plug it in to my Ally, I DO hear a notification sound from my Ally. And under device manager, I see a new device under "Universal Serial Bus devices" labeled as "USB C Video Adapter". when I unplug, it goes away. So how do I get the darn thing to charge?
