ROG Ally bluescreening after connecting Bluetooth headphones

Hi, I am currently attempting to connect my Bluetooth headphones to my Ally, but every time I do so I get a bluescreen after I open the on-screen keyboard. It says system_service_exception and it says it's due to amdacpbus.sys.

Steps that I have taken:

1. Reinstall Windows

2. Attempt to update audio and Bluetooth drivers as this error can be caused by those

3. Update the BIOS

4. Attempt to repair the OS using DISM and SFC

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

I have found a solution for this, I disabled AMD Audio CoProcessor in Device Manager, but this was a last resort since reinstalling all other drivers didn't work

Based on your description, the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION blue screen error related to amdacpbus.sys is usually associated with the AMD Audio Co-Processor driver. Since the crash occurs when connecting Bluetooth headphones and opening the on-screen keyboard, it's likely due to a driver compatibility issue.

You mentioned that you’ve already reinstalled Windows — may I ask if you’ve tried performing a system reinstallation using Cloud Recovery, and then tested the system before installing any additional drivers to see if the issue still occurs? Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
