Hello Everyone, 
For the past month I've been having a "black screen of death" issue with my device. I cannot get the screen to turn on. I've tried booting into Bios, Reformatting the SSD with new Windows, Booting without an SSD, Booting plugged into a dock. Nothing seems to be turning on the screen. 
However, I am getting sound. As in I can hear the Asus start up sound when I turn on the device. The thumbsticks still light up. Everything else seems to be working. This happened out of nowhere. Wasn't any water damage or dropped. Just woke up one morning and the screen wouldn't turn on. 

Please let me know if you guys have any suggestion on what I can do to possibly fix it.

In a powered-off state, please remove all external devices and the power source. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds, then reconnect the power and turn it on again to check if it can boot normally. If the issue persists, we recommend sending the ALLY to a local service center for further inspection. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
